ARIZONA – As reported by the Arizona Republic: "The right to vote is a privilege, a civic duty, an invaluable patriotic responsibility.
"Should your ballot also be a lottery ticket? And is that even legal?
"A measure on the November ballot to create a $1 million lottery for those who vote in Arizona elections has generated international attention and debate.
