Arizona Casino to Move
ARIZONA – As reported by the Business Journal of Phoenix: "Wild Horse Pass Casino soon will be on the move to the tune of $150 million.
"The Gila River Indian Community Tuesday announced plans to move the casino closer to the Interstate 10-Maricopa Road intersection. In addition to the 100,000-square-foot expanded casino, the $150 million project includes a 225-room hotel, 2,300-seat entertainment venue, conference facilities, pool, health club/spa, retail operations, a nightclub, multiple restaurants and covered parking. The number of gaming machines is expected to increase from the current 750 to more than 1,000.
