TransAct Extends Eurocoin Agreement - Wednesday 25th of January 2006

WALLINGFORD, Connecticut – TransActTechnologies Incorporated (Nasdaq: TACT), a leading producer of transaction-based printers for customers worldwide, today announced that it has extendedits agreement for Eurocoin to serve as its exclusive distributor and serviceagent for the gaming and casino market in Europe and Africa. Under theagreement, Eurocoin will distribute TransAct's line of gaming printers throughJanuary 31, 2009.
