Turquise Development, Carib Gaming Sign Deal - Monday 3rd of April 2006

NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida – TurquoiseDevelopment Company (OTC Pink Sheets: TQDC) announced that it has entered intoan agreement to purchase a 25% stake in Carib Gaming. Carib Gaming is thelargest land-based gaming operator on the Turks & Caicos Islands with 25locations, and has experienced strong growth during its past couple of yearsof operations.

"We're very excited about this acquisition," remarked company presidentAndrew Ross "as it enables us to expand our current footprint on the islands.Until now we have been focused on our real estate development project on the20 acres the company owns on North Caicos, but this acquisition provides anopportunity for current and immediate earnings for the company while wecontinue to explore additional attractive real estate development."
