Network Installation Awarded Vegas Contract - Monday 10th of April 2006

LAS VEGAS – Network Installation Corp.(OTC Bulletin Board: NWKI), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiaryKelley Technologies has been awarded a project for a major Las Vegas resorthotel and casino. The scope of the project includes project management,installation and deployment of communications, special effects, lighting andhardware for the resort's entertainment venues including a famous upscalenightclub and several restaurants. The project is valued at approximately$850,000.

Network Installation CEO Jeffery R. Hultman stated, "By capturing thisbusiness for one of Las Vegas' premier gaming and resort properties, wecontinue with our first quarter momentum. Given our consistent progress, webelieve we are capable of achieving our previously stated financial objectivesfor 2006."
