Progressive Gaming Obtains Approval in Nevada - Friday 5th of May 2006

LAS VEGAS Progressive Gaming International Corporation (NASDAQ: PGIC) a leading provider of diversified technology and content products and services used in the gaming industry worldwide, announced today that the Company has received approval for use of Ticket In Ticket Out (TITO) for its stand alone Matrix slot games by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Bob Parente stated: "Obtaining this long anticipated approval will enable us to deploy 7 new titles on the Matrix platform with a building pipeline of games in Nevada. We expect to have a total of 10 titles available for casino operators in Nevada and in other jurisdictions in North America by the third quarter of 2006 and should be able to deploy over 500 new slot games with these titles by the end of the current year."
