Electronic Game Card, Santa Ana Star Casino Sign Deal - Monday 31st of July 2006

NEW YORK – Electronic Game Card, Inc. (OTCBB: EGMI), the creator of the ElectronicGameCard, today confirms that the Santa Ana Star Casino has signed anagreement to use Electronic GameCards in a promotion for its gamingproperty in the Pueblo of Santa Ana, New Mexico, located just minutes northof Albuquqerque. The Santa Ana Star Casino is the first US Native Americangaming casino to purchase Electronic GameCards for use in a commercialpromotion.

Santa Ana Star Casino feels that the new game cards will add to theplayer's experience. The Santa Ana Star Casino features more than 1,000 slot and video pokergames, 21 table games and live poker, as well as a 3,000 seat arena and30,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. It also includes bowling,restaurants, bar, gift shop and three lounges.
