Shannon Elizabeth casino tantrum - Tuesday 7th of August 2007

VISITING American actor Shannon Elizabeth threw a tanty at the media and celebrity poker challenge being held at Crown.

A flustered Elizabeth arrived at the poker room on Tuesday night, barking at organisers and in front of Australian poker king Joe Hachem.

She said she had no idea she had to talk to the media and celebrities with MC Paul Kouhry and that it just wasnt on.

Still, Elizabeth did pose for a few quick happy snaps.

On her first hand, with Collingwoods Nathan Buckley, Hawthorns Sam Mitchell and Campbell Brown on her table, Elizabeth went all-in - a clear sign she wasnt keen to hang around.

She was promptly beaten and left, heading for a more lucrative game elsewhere in the casino.

Elizabeth returned to the challenge area later to catch up with her friends.

Confidential believes she has been hanging around Australian poker professional Emad Tahtouh, who she hooked up with when she was here in January.

Tahtouh was seen with her on Tuesday night.
