Pinnacle Entertainment Underwriters' Exercise Option
LAS VEGAS – Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) announced that the underwriters of its public offering which closed on Jan. 19, 2006 have exercised in full their option to acquire an additional 900,000 shares of common stock at $27.35 per share (less underwriting discounts and commissions) from Pinnacle to cover overallotments. The issuance of the overallotment shares will result in additional gross proceeds to Pinnacle of approximately $24.6 million from its common stock offering.
