Nambe Pueblo Casino Agreement Submitted to NIGC

LAS VEGAS – Full House Resorts, Inc. (Amex: FLL) is pleased to report that its Gaming Management Agreement with the Nambe Pueblo in Santa Fe, New Mexico has been submitted for approval to the National Indian Gaming Commission ("NIGC") as required by federal law. The Company is gratified with a very quick response from the staff of the NIGC, which raised few concerns and were easily remedied. A revised Gaming Management Agreement was approved by the Tribal Council on December 28, 2005 and is being resubmitted to the agency for its final approval.

Full House anticipates approval of the Gaming Management Agreement shortly, which will clear the way to solidifying final funding for the project. With an Environmental Assessment, as required by the NIGC as part of the approval process, already in draft form, Full House expects the process to move smoothly with the opening of the casino within one year from the start of construction.

Plans for the 50,000 square foot facility include 500 slot machines, eight table games, three food outlets, gift shop, lounge, and other amenities. The parties are in discussion with a recognized provider of child care services for a center within the casino so that both employees and patrons may confidently bring their children to a safe and secure play area.

Andre M. Hilliou, Chief Executive Officer of Full House said, "This project is moving ahead swiftly. As I have promised to our shareholders, we are moving to increase and diversify our operations in order to provide a secure future and better return on their investment."

Brenda McKenna, Chair of the Nambe Pueblo Gaming Enterprise Board, stated, "I am pleased with the speed in which we are progressing. The entire team has worked tirelessly to reach this milestone in the process. There is much work to do before opening day, but with the guidance of the Full House professionals, we are moving right ahead and look forward to opening our facility, so that we can provide economic support to our members and our community."
