Century Casinos Announces Extension of Agreement With Oceania Cruises Until 2012
Century Casinos, Inc. (CNTY) announced today that it has extended the Casino Concession Agreement with Oceania Cruises, Inc. until the year 2012. Currently, the company operates the casinos on two of Oceania Cruises vessels and will commence casino operations on board a third vessel, the "Nautica" in late November of this year. In total, more than 200 gaming positions (Roulette, Blackjack, Poker and slot machines) will be available to Oceania Cruises guests on the three ships.
Oceania Cruises is a fast growing cruise line in the upper premium segment of the US cruise market. The ships "Regatta", "Insignia" and "Nautica" have a total capacity of 2,053 passengers and cruise on all seven seas.
